Wim, I am using Ubuntu 9.10 with SRSS 4.2 in VMWare ESX. It took me several days to get it working. I don't have USB support, audio is broken at the moment, and video playback is horrible but I love everything else. I use Ubuntu at home and at work. A current, fully supported official SRSS version for Ubuntu would be much appreciated.
