Warm boot/Force Quit = Command Option Esc .
If you get the POST (bong), I would rule out ROM , RAM or the CPU.
1. I am assuming that the monitor has been tried somewhere else.
2. You have not recently installed RAM. Sometimes with alot of RAM, the
video card doesn't get recognized as quickly as needed because of the RAM/
Memory Startup test..the test doesn't happen on a warm reboot.
I forget...what happens if there is not enough RAM on startup?
3.This SCSI card its essential? I would remove it if you can.
