I have been partial to the HP 870cse. I bought one years ago, and ran have run literally thousands of color, legal size sheets through it.
A year ago, bought another one off Ebay for about $50. You can not buy them new anymore, but the reasons I liked and bought these printers are: supports serial printing (for the Mac), supports parallel printing for the IBM, and as another bonus, will also work over AppleTalk.
