Okay, I don't understand. Let me tell you: I bought - mai 2003- a Umax 900 (newsell.de) SonnetG/700, 592mb memory (extra memory from OWC) A1-usb, B1-matroxmillennium, C1-acard 6280m, CD-RW, Hd maxtor 120gb. I had a lot of troubles upgrading to to 9.2.2.; newsell hadn't placed the card in it when I bought the machine. Solution no.1 was placing the usb card in slot A1! I tried very hard, but now I am asking myself do I need 9.2? Also bought Speedtools and now it's clear I don't need them. Also I've read on the webpage of www.newsell.de OSX doesn't work with my SonnetG4/700 upgrade! This is not a big problem I think, because I don't have the programs for Xj, but I wanted to have the freedom to do. Now I am not sure what software I do need for the CD/RW; toast5 ? Bought also the Umax FW scanner and a USB camera astrapix540. The FW scanner will not be recognized and the mass-storage device does't appear for the camera. The Umax takes a lot of time to make it work. Regards KL -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
