It requires two 64 MB DIMMs. The C600/C500 does not support memory DIMMS larger than 64 MB. And the 64 MB DIMMs that you get must be 2K refresh as opposed to 4K refresh. Which sounds like so much mish-mash, but any decent memory seller will know what it means.
