Thanks for the added info on the Power Supply (& PCI Slot) output, but since it looks like the PS is fine, I went ahead and picked up the timely post of a near new s900 board on the swap list for an easy to swallow price. So I should get it early next week and will just change out boards.
Granted, I do have a second s900 here but I still want to reserve that one for the shop (a work in progress w/ electrical not yet hooked up) and I might as well get this one running right again. So it should be interesting to see if that and other problems simply go away with a mobo swap. I also appreciate the added info on the Radeons.
