Really thankyou, guys. Seems to be the least complicated and simplest way is
to just get the full version of Toast. --------->>>>>>>>>>>On my way.

There are invisible/hidden files which don't get copied when you make a
disk copy. This is why it won't boot. You first need to make a disk
image of the disk on your hard disk and then burn the disk image. Toast
will make a disk image and then burn it. You can also make a disk image
using the Mac disk utilities and burn using disk burner in OSX.

When using something like Toast, there is an option that you can check to
make a bootable disc.
