Your S900 uses SCSI drives and the WD 250 is a ATA/IDE drive which won't work unless you have an ATA PCI card in your clone that you can hook ATA drives up to. For another $50.00 you can add the ATA card and it will work fine. As far as a SCSI hard drive, you can go as large as you can find but large SCSI drives are very expensive and may require some tinkering to get it working properly. The ATA card would be easier and cheaper than a 250GB SCI drive which would cost way more. If you need a drive that big you could also check out adding a FireWire PCI card (OS 9 needed) and getting an external Firewire drive. It could also easily be used with the next computer you buy.
