It is with a sad heart that I must announce the end of my S900's use. While there was nothing wrong with the computer, I recently came upon a Blue and White G3 for 50 dollars. I took the Powerlogix 900 mhz zif out of my zif carrier and put it in the B/W. Double the bus speed really makes one hell of a difference let me tell you.
Anyway...when I carried the S900 up to my closet and put it away, I swear I got tears in my eyes. In my opinion I think this is probably one of the best designed, engineered, upgradeable, and well built computers I have ever had the pleasure of owning. I will still hang here to offer suggestions to anyone that still wants to upgrade their S900s if I have something to add. Thank you to all of you that have given me knowledge, the courage to experiment, and a place where I can interact with people of courtesy, kindness, and dedication to helping others. Yours in Mac.
