Hmm. You have not entered anything under D/S/E/C/Dial-Up, have you?
What about WDIAL.EXE? Is it launched in some way (e.g. via a batch
file)? If yes, try parameter /LAN or do not launch it at all.
I'm not familiar enough with your UKAW environment to come up with
better ideas. Currently I just can tell you the standard stuff (which
you know anyway...).
