In ~/.mozilla/profiles.ini you probably have something like:

[Profile0]
Name=Lucas
IsRelative=1
Path=Profiles/123ac456.default

So you need to simultaneously rename the profile folder *and* edit your
profiles.ini to match. But backup everything first of course.
