More seriously, you can migrate from 1.x to 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2. For any
version beyond that, it is quite likely but otherwise unknown.

I somehow got 2.4a1 when I installed on a machine (think there was no linux 64bit built for 2.1 or some such. Seems to work okay, although the usual BS about "not compatible" on everything is getting old fast with everything >2.0. Sure would be nice to be able to disable the check instead of hacking files, or being told that the theme actually being used has been disabled. Is that required by law or something, nag to CYA?
