It doesn't take long to run a small batch file in Windows to backup
what's important to YOU. Or even use a program like "PureSync" which is
free to home users (donation requested by author). A simple batch file
like the following will do the job (only two lines required):

copy C:\Users\X\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\SeaMonkey\Profiles\default\*.*
X:\SeaMonkey\MozBackup\Profiles
cd:c\

Where X = thumbnail, CD, DVD, or external disk drive.

Create the file with an ascii editor line Notepad, save, change name
from X.txt to X.BAT and move it to desktop.

Double click the icon after shutting down SM and viola - in less than 15
seconds the job is done!
