Is anyone else getting this error in their SeaMonkey web browsers? Or is
it just my very old computer and OS? :/
So now that you've seen several answers, the next question is, in Edit
| Preferences | Browser | Helper Applications, what do you have
specified for mp4 files?
If nothing, SM won't be able to play them. Then you could install VLC
or some other program to handle them. There are lots of options.
I have VLC already selected in the browser helper section to play the
mp4 files. What next?

You either teach people to treat you with dignity and respect, or you don't.
This means you are partly responsible for the mistreatment that you get at the
hands of someone else.
