There isn't an option to turn it off. The point of the HTML5 page was to give people a chance to try it before it got switched to the default. It was switched to the default a while ago.
But it was, I've switched it off on this page some time ago when found fullscreen issue, solved it and switched it on again, see on the top "You can request that the HTML5 player be used if your browser doesn't use it by default."
