It looks like you've got your email folders sorted anyway, but for future reference I don't think you want the "./" there - that's to run an executable located in the current directory. You probably just need "seamonkey -safe-mode".

Alternatively, I don't know about the Linux builds but on Windows SeaMonkey there's a menu Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled to restart in safe mode.
