Hello, and calling all MAC users of Seamonkey. Or the developers.I have 2.39.

In an earlier thread I asked about the fact that after creating several
accounts, I wanted to view as a single inbox.

I was told somewhere that it is easier to create your accounts with this in
mind, but I want to do it after the fact.

However, despite the valiant efforts of several people, and one guy in
particular, I still cannot do it. It seems the menu
to do this is non existent in OSX.

I hope I don't have to start over, but this is what Paul G told me:

Go to Edit | Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings.

Expand each account, and click "Server Settings."

Near the bottom of that pane, you'll see a section, "Message Storage."
Click the "Advanced" button there. You'll get a dialog saying,

When downloading mail for <account name>, use the following folder for
new mail:
(*) Inbox for this server's account
(o) Inbox for different account [Choose folder...]

If you select the second option, one of the folders offered is "Global
Inbox (Local Folders)." This will route all incoming mail for the
account to the Inbox folder under the "Local Folders" account.

By following this procedure for all your mail accounts, you should be
able to route all incoming mail to the global inbox.

In fact MY screenshot shows no such menu.

Interesting. My screenshot shows nothing like that (or I am missing it).

So, if there is another place to do this, would love to hear.

I thought of going to Thunderbird, but there does not seem to be an import
account feature there either.

I love the idea of a single program for web and mail, but dread starting
over....

Thanks
