when  you have an ip-adress .... You don't known where you will go if
you click on it - so it's a SCAM  !

I have done a last test:

href="https://87.147.32.46";>FRITZ!Box</a></font><br>
  </body>

AND it's also a SCAM
caused by the fact that the real url in not an named-url but an ip-adress-url.

So the best is to remove the link as this:

TEST 9
FRITZ!Box Über HTTPS: 87.147.32.46

This is the only solution I have found to give the information about the ip adress of the box, avoiding the SCAM detection.
