Works fine fro me in x86 and x64 with 2.46 and 2.47. The latest Windows

You can disable telemetry. In about:config, set
"toolkit.telemetry.enabled" to false.

I have this option set by default to false ... but someone could explain
me what is the following option ?
toolkit.telemetry.previousBuildID "user set" "string" 20140203230027

I have no idea. It looks like a date and time code. If telemetry enabled is set to false, it should not happen anyway. Just to make sure, I blanked the URL setting as well, but that should not really be necessary.
