The NNTP and SMTP protocols are similar but not the same. Thus, two
different servers are required. SeaMonkey's MailNews component can deal
with only one server at a time since that component is replicated from
Thunderbird, which can deal with only one server at a time.

Your problem requires a server solution, not an application (e.g.,
SeaMonkey) solution. You might try creating your own ISP.

Consider:
* Most state mandate that drivers have liability insurance.
* Employers are mandated to have worker's compensation insurance.
* If you live in a flood zone, flood insurance is mandatory.
* If your home has a mortgage, fire insurance is mandatory.

Why then is mandatory health insurance so bad??
