This is not your problem, and you can't fix it. "Internal server
error" refers to the web site's server -- there's a problem at their
end. You should contact the site administrator. The error message
usually says that.
PBG - thank you for your response. The 500 Internal Server Error notice
does not indicate does not say to contact them. Although the security
exception does indicate that they should be contacted all the while
permitting me to make the exception.
Once the exception is made, the 500 ISE still shows up.
