They have a problem with certificates for sure:
webmail.atlcon.net uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for the following names:
*.nocdirect.com, nocdirect.com
Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN
Firefox also complains. The https site is broken.

In chatting with support, they indicated that they have no issues accessing
the website at all on their end.
So, in light of the exception I granted due to not being a trusted site, I
believe, I would have thought that this was addressed and was I incorrect on
that point...
