Have you considered Classic Shell from <http://www.classicshell.net/>?
It works with Windows 8 (and 7, 8.1, and others).  It allows you to
tailor much of the Windows user interface (but not all) to resemble
Windows XP.

President Trump demands loyalty to himself from Republican members
