I have multiple questions...any enlightenment would be appreciated!
1) When I edit a record on the data entry screen, I often get the message
"this record was not added correctly, you must now run the create related
records script" Is this normal?
2) Can you abort a script as it is happening? For example, I said yes (by
mistake) to ebase asking me if it should create contact records, when every
record was selected, so every record got an incorrect contact record.
3) How can I call back up a found set that has gotten a contact record for
a mailing? So far I can only call up a group associated with a source code
if it is associated with a payment. For example, I sent out a fall appeal
mailing. Each record that got the mailing got a contact record for it. I
want to print out a list of this mailing but when I do a query on the donor
screen, putting the source code in, it brings up payments entered for that
source code.
4) When I print out an address on an envelope, it doesn't print the +4 part
of the zip code. How can I get it to add this?
