[SUPPORT] Voter info

[Oklahoma Wildlife Federation]

On the Vote/Dem screen under VOTER: I can't put anything in any of the
fields.  It say UNK in the Registered and Voter Index boxes and nothing in
the rest.  I also can't alter the info under REGISTERED NAME: on that
screen.  However, under DEMOGRAPHIC: I can fill in the fields.  Any idea
what's up.   As you know I have been doing some layout, but I don't remember
doing anything to those fields.
