The big gray area on this screen is a portal to the file IMPENH_.102.
This file is intended to hold voter file info provided as part of the
League of Conservation Voters' list enhancement project. Unless you
have participated in the program, that file probably has no records.
You can't enter data therefore, because there are no records and no
place to put the data.

The fields in the Profile file with names starting with VOT: are
rough equivalents. If you are catching data locally this would be the
place to park that info. NOTE: don't just change the fields in in the
portal on the Vot/Dem screen. The portal is defined with a
relationship to IMPENH_.102 and won't give the results you want with
different fields.
