Carl, good observation. It's been a long time since I looked at v 
1.00. Yes, you're right, in Version 1.00, the voter info fields are 
in the file profile_.102, not a separate voter data file. The fields 
under the VOTER: heading are formatted to prevent user data entry. To 
allow entry, the folks from Oklahoma Wildlife Federation should go to 
layout mode, select the fields under VOTER: and select the menu item 
Format>Field Format. There's a check box in the dialog to allow entry 
into the field.
