You need FileMaker (not the runtime) to do this. Log in with the
master level password and go to layout mode (menu item View>Layout
Mode).
Select the layout you want to modify from the popup above the rolodex
at the top right (there are four label layouts).
Adjust the margins using the Layout Setup dialog (menu item
Layout>Layout Setup)
Make the header and footer disappear by dragging the dotted line
separating the parts of the layout up. You might have to move an
element down onto the body to allow the part to be deleted.
