This is a peer support mailing list. There is NO salaried support
organisation for PIDGIN. There is no guaranteed response time.
Also, you haven't provided the information required for a bug report
<http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/TipsForBugReports>. This specifically
says that the Microsoft diagnostic is not useful.
When you say "your", you should really say "our".

Subject: Consistently seeing pidgin hangups - even after installing 2.7
Ever since I installed version 2.6.6 I see random hangs when I return to an IM session. I removed version 2.6.6 and installed version 2.7 on 5/26 but it does not seem to have made any difference. I am not seeing this problem on any other applications nor have I experienced the problem on versions prior to 2.6.6. Please offer some suggestions on solutions.
