This is a peer support mailing list. There is NO salaried support
organisation for PIDGIN. There is no guaranteed response time.

Also, you haven't provided the information required for a bug report
<http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/TipsForBugReports>. This specifically
says that the Microsoft diagnostic is not useful.

When you say "your", you should really say "our".
