Excellent! Thanks for that. It looks like the new
protocol is a bit short on functionality so far
though. No buddy list or buddy status will be
painful, the way I use Messenger. :-( Might have
to look for a new protocol to use. Even Google Talk is dead now too!

Will Pidgin continue to support Yahoo? I have no
idea if the protocol itself will change, but I
