from many years of personal experience, thumbs up for qlab! robust, and very usable, plus figure53 have really good support - i fondly remember receiving an answer to a problem i had within 25 minutes, on a sunday!

it's a bit pricey if you need all the bells and whistles, though.
you will need at least the "pro audio" license iirc, the free one is limited to stereo i think.
