They are. Israel is a jewish state, and that rabi was local.

There are no religious laws in Israel as well. However the ortodox

Its a face, japanese style, actually. Been in too many Japanese
channels. its like :) and so on, but its not on its side. One eye
is bigger then another, to express confusion. (instead of drawing
a raised eye-brow. You can also do:
