So, he could just copy the .Hlp files and/or change so .Hlp files are
attached to WinHelp.Exe no need to reinstall everything.
However after a while (read 1-2 months) you often need to reinstall Windows
since it has gone down in speed. If you never install any new programs in
it you will (hopefully) be "alright" anyway.
