Yeah, most brand name PCs come with a
'Format-your-hard-drive-reinstall-everything-CD' that needs to be
used once a month.
Had a user disable the Welcome to Windows screen, and wanted it back.
Sorry. Winfax 8 Pro magically changes it's own settings. Windows is
FULL of bugs that are impossible to fix unless you've been working
for Micro$oft for 10 years.
