Dos ftp daemons are plentiful if you know where to look.  Ka9q is the one
I used for two months until I got my linux system operational, and a
friend of mine uses ncsa telnet which has an ftp damon in it.  There are
of course others, but these are the ones I'm most familiar with.  Either
one of them should do the job for you.
