I was under the impression there are two type of cookies: one that
can only go back to the same server and the other that can goto
anyone. Or is this yet another security hole somewhere along the
line?

Anyway, unless you are a mean server owner, there wouldn't be much of
importance in a cookie file. Espceiclly with all the ones that look
like a bunch of random numbers/letters.
