}- He hasn't answered me either yet. But I suggested a reinstall
}- would be in order and that FDISK should be runed to make the
}- rest of the drive usable (and then format of course). I asked
}- him how much he knew, sinec I think that "help to own help" is
}- much better than to just ask him to pay alot of money to get
}- it to work. Seems quite desperate mailing the both of us about
}- the same problem (did anyone else get a mail from him?)
Ooooo Bernie, I don't know, someone who doesn't know what they
are doing can do a lot of damage messing around with CMOS
settings. And if he does mess it up then he'll end up being
forced to take it in to service. I also tried to find out how
much he knows, but he hasn't written back yet. I thought of
telling him to do FDISK, but told him to back up his data and
make sure he had a full install version (as opposed to an upgrade
version) of Win98 first. Again he hasn't writen back yet...
