Daniel:

Many years ago GeoWorks when they were in Berkeley and later Alameda,
CA they built good stuff. I think we still have some of the old
developers stuff sitting on the shelf. The nicest thing about the folks
were they could laugh and weren't uptight when ya spotted a SNAFU.

BillyGoat and his little gruffs were such a pain to deal with - they
lied to ya at first and then they tried to get ya to cover up for 'em.
Best joke we ever pulled on Mr. BillyGoat was to purchase a
off-the-shelf
copy of Excel and run it when he was showing his next generation. Then
we showed 'em where it didn't work correctly in our version and asked
him to show how they fix it in his version. Needless to say he wouldn't
come back to the local PC User meeting. Philippi Khan and Gordan Eubanks
all could laugh when we pulled that stunt on them <bg>

The fellows from GeoWorks sorta got into the Windows 3.1 marketing by
bull dozer stuff which Micro$oft has been convicted of under the Sherman
Anti-trust Act.

If ya have a spare hundred to buy it you might end up ahead...
