Yes, it does have a file by that name.  The file is NOT for the same
purpose as MSDOS HIMEM.SYS and therefore not relevant as a part of
the solution to the question that was being asked.

Yes, that IS another story.

It's not that it is not _required_ it would be a MISTAKE to use it
on a 386 or above running DrDOS.  Some do use MSDOS HIMEM.SYS with
DrDOS to 'see' more than 32mb of memory but none of this is relevant
to a solution to the question.

If we digress far enough and mention enough variations we may be
able to thoroughly confuse everyone and find no solution.

btw: After further reading re:DrDOS it seems that it was rewritten
to handle files a bit differently than MSDOS.  It is entirely
possible that NWCACHE is more compatible with DrDOS than SMARTDRV
will be.  If so, SMARTDRV should be removed from the configuration
and NWCACHE used in it's place but BOTH cache should not be used
at the same time.
