In my specific case it didn't work 100%
Maybe I downloaded a different packaging...
So for other people downloading from DOWNLOAD.COM
I just have have one thing to say: unzip AND untar all seven files,
exactly as stated on Corel instructions...
I suspect that packaging has been corrected since the discussions
started on this group. Somewhat misleading...
