I did expect that, since i assume the code is there for a reason :-)

But the suspend loglevel will not help with loading modules after resume,
after re-loading usb hostcontrollers, you will see nothing of your shiny
suspend messages anymore. And they don't appear in dmesg.
This makes it a bit tough to debug :-)

Is switching vt's such a big issue (i honestly don't know :-)? I can
understand that switching from / to X might be problematic, but we do that
anyway...
