This is a quite unusual combination. Do you really need all those options
or does "s2ram -f -a1 -m" also work?
Are you using a 32bit (i386) or a 64bit (x86_64) installation?

Well, without knowledge which system and which framework (pm-utils?)
you are using to suspend, this information does not tell us much :-)
