I imagine it's about location. Here due to fact that oilfield chemicals come in 55 Gal. drums, they are plentiful and for free, because there is no return on them. Where their considered one use only, they are of lighter construction than the motor oil drums, which you DON'T get for free. The smaller drums are virtauly non existent in thus area.
