Save yourself the $50 and goto www.google.com, enter bio-mass grants and voila informaition that fresher than the ink in those books. Better yet sign up for bio-fuels biz and get far more info then mr question mark could ever give you.
Applying for grants isnt complicated or brain science, it takes patience and a box of good ink pens. The govt has free counseling and assistance for anyone who wants to open a business. Also search business incubators, www.score.org, www.sba.gov, etc... check the links section of biofuels biz (yahoo groups). His book only list every grant available from the govt for this fiscal year. Of that whole book you'll probably only need 20 pages.
