I've come up against a very similar problem in a project I have spent years developing. I need $6Million to go through the next step. I was even steered toward a source. The source wants physical ownership. I will get to run it. It's on hold for now. I may decide to give it away before all is said and done. If I have to lose years of work, I'll be the one to decide who I lose it too. As those on this board recently have learned, I have another "home- sized" project in mind. This may be the wave of the future in energy. Small, either home-based or local community-based, facilities. We need to keep government bureaucrats out of small business enterprises.
