You probably know way more than I do at this, but why stop at 90%? With a good
still you should be able to get 95%, which would reduce the water you need to
take out manually by half. 
I think there was a guy here that asked for a sample from a manufacturer, they
sent him 10 lbs for free. I would look around for companies/suppliers and tell
them you're experimenting with methods of dehydrating ethanol, if they want a
customer they SHOULD help you.
