We already have a EU power bloc, from economical and sociological point of view. I do not want it to be the "other" either. It should not be one military force, because of the nature of EU. It should replace NATO as a defence alliance, but free from US direct influence. It is time to get rid of the US military presence in Europe, it is long overdue and misused.
