Hi, rough cost estimate would be 1$ for one watt of the turbine's rated power output. Current state of the art turbines are up to 5MW power, their price reaches, accordingly, 5,000,000$. Mainstream turbines are a little bit smaller - in the 0.5 - 2.5 MW range.
