No problem I have been making 120 liter batches for 2 years with not one leek or problem. Note I drain the pump after use. Good luck. Derick

Sorry but I think you should not get too excited about 40 gallons. You may find that you can only fill that tank to the 25 gallon point with that size plumbing and pump. You would not be the first one to discover this! There is no fine print telling you this by the people selling kits with a 40 gallon tank and clear pump.
